Job Description

What  you'll  do

All  of  the  projects  you  work  on  will  support  a  real  business  need,  with  a  direct  link  to  our  products  and  customers.  This  will  be  equivalent  to  one  of  the  attachments  from  our  graduate  programme.  It  makes  for  a  fantastic  opportunity  to  contribute,  share  your  ideas  and  make  a  difference.  Your  day-to-day  tasks  will  vary,  and  you'll  receive  support  from  a  number  of  skilled  professionals  within  the  business,  all  committed  to  helping  you  to  deliver  your  best.

What  you'll  need

We're  looking  for  people  who'll  be  happy  to  share  their  ideas  about  how  we  can  do  things  even  better,  so  we'll  want  to  see  great  communication  skills  developed  through  well-rounded  life  experience  academically,  socially  and  in  any  previous  work  situations.  

Technical  abilities  are  a  must,  so  you'll  need  at  least  a  2:1  bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering,  Maths  or  a  relevant  Physical  Science,  or  equivalent  qualification.Flexibility  is  important  too,  as  you  could  be  based  at  any  of  our  sites.
