Job DescriptionWhat you'll do
You'll get a huge amount of exposure and experience in Procurement, completing a placement where you could find yourself delivering reports to the president of our business or delving into the current status of every supplier contract. You might also play a part in developing procurement strategies around how we source products in the future or use your creative thinking to meet stretching cost targets.
Equally, you could be honing your influencing skills and building your network as you strive with teams across the business to get more value from our contracts and improve our processes. Whatever your experience brings, you'll learn constantly. And, if you do well, you could be offered a place on our graduate programme - your next step towards a fulfilling career in procurement.
The Successful ApplicantWhat you'll need
We're looking for people with an affinity for business and interest in developing their business knowledge by working with external companies. You'll also need great communication skills developed through well-rounded life experience - academically, socially and in any previous work situations.
Able to apply your intellect, creativity and determination to contribute effectively, you'll work with integrity across every aspect of every project. You should also be on course to achieve at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent). Flexibility is important too, as you could be based at any of our sites. Ambitious and driven, you'll be excited about the fact that this internship could lead to a place on our graduate programme.
