Terms & Conditions of Use
 
By accessing or using the Page Talent’s website (‘Website’) you agree to all of the following provisions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Michael Page International Recruitment Limited (‘MP’).  
 
1. Introduction and definitions
 
The services offered by MP through this Website include any features, content, or applications offered or made available from time to time by MP in connection with the Website (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are hosted in the United Kingdom.
 
"Michael Page" means Michael Page International Recruitment Limited (whose registered office is at Page House, The Bourne Business Park, 1 Dashwood Lang Road, Addlestone, Weybridge, Surrey KT15 2QW, United Kingdom), also referred to as "we", "us" and "our".
"Page Talent Website" means this website with their home page as set out below and any other site or web address owned or operated by any PageGroup company as may link to these Terms and Conditions from time to time: www.pagetalent.co.uk
 
 
2. Acceptance and Registration 
 
2.1 This Terms & Conditions of Use ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. By using the Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement.  Please read this Agreement carefully and if you do not agree with its provisions, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the Services immediately. 
 
2.2 If you wish to become a member, and make use of the Services available only to members, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process.
 
2.3 You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
 
2.3 If you register to use the Page Talent Website you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting webfeedback@michaelpage.com immediately.
 
2.4 If MP has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Page Talent Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
 
3. Modification
 
3.1 MP may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by MP on the Website. You agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement when you access the Website or use the Services after any such modification is posted. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you should not use the Website or the Services.
 
4. Your use of the Page Talent Website
 
4.1 You may not use the Page Talent Website for any of the following purposes:
 
4.1.1 Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
 
4.1.2 Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice;
 
4.1.3 Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Page Talent Website; or
 
4.1.4 Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
 
4.2 You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause.  By submitting information through the Page Talent Website you agree and acknowledge that while we may contact you in response to the information you provide, we are not obliged to provide you with any particular product or services.
 
5. Term and Right to suspend or cancel your registration
 
5.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or are a Member. 
 
5.2 You can cancel your registration at any time by logging onto the Page Talent Website through the "unsubscribe" link contained in the last Job Alerts email you received or by logging into you can your MyPage account.. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Page Talent Website shall not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
  
6. Intellectual Property
 
6.1 All information incorporated within the Page Talent Website is owned or licensed by Michael Page International Recruitment Limited. You may retrieve and display the content of the Page Talent Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Page Talent Website without written permission from MP.
 
7. Privacy Policy
 
7.1 Use of the Website and the Services is governed, where applicable, by our Privacy Policy, found at http://www.pagetalent.co.uk/privacy-policy which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions of use by this reference.
 
8. General
 
8.1 You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions of Use to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions of Use to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
 
8.2 If you breach these Terms and Conditions of Use and MP chooses to ignore this, MP will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
 
8.3 Michael Page International shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
 
8.4 The Page Talent Website is owned and operated by MP. This Agreement shall be construed under, and governed by, the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
