What  you'll  do

From  day  one  of  your  internship,  you  can  expect  to  communicate  with  people  from  all  over  the  business,  working  alongside  senior  team  members  and  solving  problems.  

You'll  also  manage  customer  and  supplier  expectations  and  get  to  grips  with  everything  from  hitting  day-to-day  deadlines  to  reviewing  projects  to  see  what  we  can  do  better  next  time.  

You  might  take  the  lead  on  small  projects  of  your  own,  or  contribute  to  a  much  bigger  programme  of  work.  And  as  your  abilities  develop  and  you  gain  confidence,  you'll  be  given  more  responsibility  and  an  even  greater  chance  to  make  an  impact.

The Successful Applicant

What  you'll  need  

We're  looking  for  people  who'll  be  happy  to  share  their  ideas  about  how  we  can  do  things  better,  so  we'll  want  to  see  great  communication  skills  developed  through  well-rounded  life  experience  -  academically,  socially  and  in  any  previous  work  situations.  You'll  also  need  to  bring  strategic  abilities,  great  people  skills  and  strong  attention  to  detail.  

You  should  be  on  course  to  achieve  at  least  a  2:1  degree,  or  a  comparable  qualification.  Flexibility  is  important  too,  as  you  could  be  based  at  any  of  our  sites.  Ambitious  and  driven,  you'll  be  excited  about  the  fact  that  this  internship  could  lead  to  a  place  on  our  graduate  programme.
