1.1 In order to use Page Talent’s website, employers (“Employers”) are required to register with us using our online registration facility. Once registered, Employers will be sent an email to verify their email address. Once their email is verified PageGroup will take up to 24 hours to verify the Employer’s account, before they can post live jobs..
1.2 By registering, accessing or using Page Talent’s website Employers agree to be bound by the following provisions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Michael Page International Recruitment Limited (“Agreement”).
2. Job Posts & Employer Profiles
2.1. Employers can submit job opportunities or advertisements free of charge subject to the job description adhering to Page Talent guidelines below.
2.2. Job Posts that can be advertised:
Full or part time jobs that meet at least national minimum wage
Paid Placement or internships
Unpaid placement or internships lasting no longer than 12 weeks
2.3. Job Posts we can’t advertise:
Commission only jobs
Multiple postings for a single vacancy.
Registering with recruitment agencies
Vacancies that Michael Page International Recruitment Limited believes to be in breach of (or potentially in breach of) any aspect of UK employment and any other legislation.
2.4. Michael Page International Recruitment Limited reserves the right to routinely check that Job Posts submitted by the Employers comply with all relevant legislation.
2.5. We reserve the right at our discretion to decline to publish, or to omit, suspend or amend any Job Posts or Employer Profiles otherwise accepted for publication.
3. Employers’ Warranties
Employers warrant that:
3.1. Job Posts and Employer Profiles submitted by Employers will not breach any contract or infringe or violate any copyright, trademark or any other personal or proprietary right of any person or render us liable to any claim or proceedings whatsoever;
3.2. Any information supplied by Employers in connection with the Job Posts and Employer Profiles is accurate, complete and true;
3.3. Job Posts and Employer Profiles comply with the requirements of all relevant legislation for the time being in force or applicable in the UK;
3.4. Job Post and Employer Profiles and any other advertising submitted to us comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other relevant codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority.
All employer registrations must be approved by Michael Page International Recruitment Limited and we agree to do this within 24 hours of the Employer’s email being verified.
5. Use of the information we collect as you browse our website
Page Talent website may collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information.

7. Recruitment agencies
Job Posts from recruitment agencies will not be accepted.
This policy may be amended from time to time, please ensure you review it regularly. These terms and conditions shall be construed under, and governed by, the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
